Hi Sue, Would you believe this is our Molly! I can't begin to tell you the joy she has brought into our lives. She is so very loved! She loves everyone. Molly is about 8 pounds and really loves her spa days! The groomer put her picture on their Facebook page and the comments are unbelievable! Cuteness overload!! Margie from Comber We recently adopted a Cavapoo from Serendipity Acres. Sue was fantastic, and provided a wealth of knowledge, along with a send off puppy package ( blanket, dog food, water) for the trip home. Also additional vaccination and information booklets to help us with the transition. Sue also took the time to get to know my family and to ensure that our puppy was the right fit. She provided suggestions and lots of information to make sure the puppy received what was best for him and our family. I recently adopted a tiny Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy from Serendipity Acres.I named my new puppy Malia, which means "beloved". She is a perfect specimen of the breed - loving and calm with a playful side, when she needs to burn off some energy. Sue really listened to what I was needing in a new puppy and suggested the perfect one for me. She really set me up for success with Malia because she gave clear recommendations about what I needed to have to make the puppy's early days at my home as easy and stress free as possible. I am happy to say that Malia is settling in beautifully and is already a treasured member of my family.

Our story,
My Mom has onset dementia and therefore my family decided to have a memory trip across Canada with her. While on the trip my father did some research online and discovered that small dogs were great companion for someone with dementia as it helps with mental and emotional function.
The search was on to get my mom a small lap dog that carries these wonderful attributes and one that was recommended dogs in our research was a Cavapoo. On our drive from New Brunswick to Alberta we searched online for possible Cavapoo breeders that may have an available female puppy. We came across Paws at Serendipity Acres, located in northeastern Ontario. We were glad to hear that they had two females left. We rushed to get on the road in hopes to meet our new baby. When we arrived, the owner (Susan) was so kind to show us around and we listened to her heartfelt concern for her puppy travelling across the country and gave us some very important advice to keep her safe. The facility was set up wonderfully. The dogs on site were in their outdoor runs enjoying themselves and playing. The 2 female puppies were inside awaiting our visit. They were adorable! As my mom struggled to pick out her puppy, she couldn't resist and wanted both. Instead, my heart melted and couldn't bare the idea of leaving 1 puppy behind. So instead of walking away with 1 puppy we took 2. Susan provided us with some essential supplies to make our journey easier. Here we were travelling across country from Ontario to Alberta. It took us 6 days as we needed to make several stops for the puppies. Having 2 sisters together made the trip more that much more exciting and easier in our vehicle. They were both very calm, slept together, ate, and drank together. Washroom breaks on the other hand were a little more challenging with 2 but we did it! The puppies have arrived at their forever home in Alberta, thank you Sue at Serendipity.

Ever since getting our little guy Sterling our lives have been filled with so much love, fun, snuggles and everything we could have ever hoped for in a dog. He's been an amazing addition to our family and is best friends with my male cat Dakota! He is smart, learns quickly, and is always making us laugh in new ways everyday. The last 10 months have been an absolute blessing. We couldn't imagine our lives without this little bundle of joy!!

Since the day I brought her home she loves being around people, and approaches all people and dogs with happy curiosity. Parker even loves going to the vet and groomer. She is very healthy, has adjusted to city life really well and we completed 2 levels of obedience training together, (she is one smart pup!) Thank you for raising such well socialized happy and healthy puppies! She is not only super adorable, but her fun - loving personality and playfulness always makes my day !!

She welcomed us to her quaint facility which also houses the kennel of dogs. Immediately you sense the owners love for what she does and for every animal under her care.
The procedure and plan for purchase were clearly communicated prior to the adoption and weekly updates with photos kept us informed on the progress and growth of our new baby. By the time we went to pick her up we were already in love with our new bundle of joy.
In a very professional manner, Sue provides each client with a care package, instructions and a lovely blanket to wrap the puppy up for the ride home just like a mother would do. The facility was inviting, impeccable and purposefully designed.
Our family and friend have had the good fortune of adopting three other puppies over the years and they have all been wonderful additions.

We were looking for a fur baby to join our family when we came across Sue, to our delight she was awaiting the birth of a litter of |Mal-Shi puppies. In February18th 2018, I received a message with a picture of brand new puppies. I fell instantly in love. From then on we excitedly awaited our weekly updates of our Milo. my 3 children were super excited. We picked him up April 17th, and our lives haven't been the same since. We have a few anxiety issues and having this most perfect puppy calms everyone. He has been healthy and smart and sincerely the most handsome addition to our tribe. Our experience with Serendipity Acres was nothing short of amazing. We picked Dori up from Sue on September 18th, 2021. and she fit right in to our family. As first time puppy parents we were a bit nervous, but Sue guided us through the process to make the transition as smooth as possible and put us at ease. Dori adapted so easily to her new downtown Toronto lifestyle. She is so compassionate, loving and easy to potty train, slept through the night from early days and is the star in her obedience class. 2 Is Better then 1 !!
On December 23, 2020 we picked up our Cavapoo Bentley from Sue owner of Serendipity Acres. As we left Sue said " I will see you in a year when you get your second one," Low and behold 13 months later on February 6, 2022, Lincoln came to live with us.
Bentley is the happiest little dog and makes us smile every time we look at him. Lincoln has given us a double dose of of happy. (I have a soft spot for little black dogs). Lincoln immediately demonstrated how confident he is, as well as sweet and affectionate and gentle as he snuggles into my neck when I pick him up. 4 days after his arrival Bentley and Lincoln had bonded and become best friends. They play rough and gentle at the same time and seem to understand their individual limitations and have a mutual respect. I am so impressed that Bentley at 15 months old understands to be gentle with an 8 week old pup. It is clear that Lincoln has the same gentle qualities. It is so amazing to watch them position themselves in our family pack, their personalities are different, yet they share similar qualities. My husband and I like having two dogs, but this is the easiest pair ever! Did I mention how smart they are! I can't wait to start training Lincoln! I can say with confidence Sue breeds pups with gentle, happy, and confident temperaments.

Furgus is an incredible boy that brings such joy and levity to our household... so much so we decided to get another puppy!

Our family cannot thank Sue enough for our gorgeous Maltipoo puppies Peetie and Rupert. Our daughter first brought Rupert home and we discovered his brother Peetie needed a home too. How could we say no? From the beginning it was clear Sue had compassion and the expertise to raise such loving and smart dogs. Now almost 7months old, we've enjoyed watching the little guys grow up right before our eyes. The boys get to visit each other every weekend for endless playing, walking and family cuddles. The Best Cavapoo Breeder Ever!
I purchased a Cavapoo almost 13 years ago from Sue at Serendipity. Her name is Makena. She is without a doubt the most amazing dog I have ever owned. She has walked and run with me for hours on end and is a remarkably healthy girl.
She has traveled with me for over 10 years to Hawaii. She is an amazing traveler. She adapts easily to all new environments she is introduced to. She is sweet and friendly and bold enough to chase the geese off my property too! Everywhere we go she makes friends and is the center of attention. I would say she is the planner on my social calendar! She is amazing with kids, babies and other dogs.
She is aware and knows who is a stranger and who is a friend, she is everyone favorite girl. I cannot tell you how many of my friends and acquaintances have become pet owners because they love Makena. I totally recommend Sue when purchasing a puppy. I also purchased the most loving and adorable Maltipoo three years ago for my grandson!

When it was time to bring Figgy home Sue ensured we had everything we needed to be successful, ease his transition, and took time to answer all of our questions. It has been a whirlwind of cuddles, playtime, and kisses since Figgy has been home. He has completely changed our home and hearts. Its hard to imagine what life was like before him. Figgy has a great disposition and loves to meet new people. He is already learning to do his business outdoors, loves his playpen, and brings his toys around the house for everyone to play with him.

Sweet Freddy,
Our family is so pleased to have dealt with Sue at Serendipity Acres ,to help us find our sweet Freddy Mercury (Freddy). Not only is he a gorgeous pup, but he has a sweet, calm, and intelligent temperament. He was was easy to house train, and has quickly learned to "sit" and play "fetch" before reaching 12 weeks old. We received our dog Olive last year from Sue and did we ever win the lottery!! Sue is an unbelievable, dedicated breeder. olive from day one is the best natured dog. She is sociable, smart, cuddly, playful, and I could go on and on! We touch base and update Sue on our pup and enjoy how we keep our relationship open. She is always there for you if you have any questions or concerns. Not only do you get a well rounded puppy, you get a fantastic breeder too.!!
Ollie, ( Cavapoo). Was Born August 18, 2020 and we brought him home Thanksgiving weekend. Sue was fantastic right from the start. She sent us regular pictures of him as he was growing and kept us informed right up until the day we brought him home.
She gave us so much good advice and I remember when we finally took him from her as I watched her interact with him, I could see how amazing she was as a breeder. Now I know that to be very true because Ollie is almost 9 months old and he has been the best addition to our family. They say a good dog comes from a good breeder so I can confidently say he came from an excellent breeder.
He is everything we could have wanted in a dog. He is smart, obedient, loving and he has such a happy, funny, and joyous personality. He has brought so much happiness to our home. He is not a barker, he is so calm, and laid back and gets along very well with other dogs, people, including small children. He is extremely gentle!!! We also have another dog that is 9 years old (Morkie) and he has actually brought new life to the older dog. Our older dog Sparky is now healthier than he has ever been.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a very good dog, from a very good breeder Sue is the breeder to go to.

He is not a barker, he is so calm, and laid back and gets along very well with other dogs, people, including small children. He is extremely gentle!!! We also have another dog that is 9 years old (Morkie) and he has actually brought new life to the older dog. Our older dog Sparky is now healthier than he has ever been.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a very good dog, from a very good breeder Sue is the breeder to go to.
Covid has been a very challenging time and Ollie has relieved so much anxiety for everyone in our home !

Our Bentley was born October 25, 2020 and 8 weeks later became part of our family.
I enjoy training dogs and have taken several to Obedience training and Agility. Getting a dog that would respond well to training was important to me. The Cavapoo seemed to check all the boxes. From start to finish this experience has been exceptional. Every week following Bentley's birth Sue sent pictures of our pup so we could be part of watching him grow.
Receiving these photos were the highlight of my week. Due to COVID we were able to visit her facility through the sharing of photos. Sue took the time to explain her background and described her experience in breeding dogs. She responded to all my questions very quickly.
On adoption day Sue accommodated us by meeting halfway. During one of our communications I must have mentioned that I like the color red, included in the care package Sue prepared for Bentley was a bright red blanket! So sweet!
She instructed us on how to care for him in his first few days as he transitioned and made sure I texted when we arrived home safely. 6 months later we have a well adjusted, gentle little dog. He is smart, loves to learn, and loves to please. He is a clown, and has brought laughter and entertainment into our home. He is calm, yet playful, and friendly with everyone. He respects our older dog and most recently appears to be taking care of her by ringing the bell for her to let her out, and licking her eyes when they water.
If only the little monkey would stop stealing our socks he would be perfect! lol.

We picked up our little Theo from Serendipity Acres and Sue couldn't have more lovely.
We got to choose our little guy, and then Sue sent us weekly update pictures until we picked him up.
Our puppy is extremely well socialized with people and a very quick learner, as he already knows his name ,come ,and sit.
Theo loves to cuddle with just about anyone, sleeps very well on his own with minimal crying and is mastering potty training in just 3 days! From the moment we picked him up he was extremely comfortable around us and had no issues with the car ride home.
Sue had the answers to all our questions, and is absolutely very knowledgeable in breeding happy and healthy dogs. At no point did we feel that Sue wouldn't be the best decision for us to purchase our puppy from.
The process was seamless, and we are so happy with such a healthy, happy and extremely social little guy!

We just wanted to start off by saying thank you to Sue at Serendipity Acres. We are now 3 weeks post drop off and formerly Little Ticker, now named Archie has made himself very much a part of our family. Oddly enough he is a combo of Jordon and myself - calm and wildly energetic.

Our family could not have been more pleased with our experience with Sue at Serendipity Acres. It was so important to us that our puppy come from a loving, knowledgeable. and reputable breeder, and Sue was just that. From our first conversation with Sue I could tell she was a great fit for our family. She answered all of my questions about the parent dogs, health questions about the puppies, her maternity ward for the puppies and more. We loved getting update pictures each Sunday seeing how much he was growing. She even helped me get set up with the right food and supplies, and had fun with me planning the ultimate surprise to tell my children about their new furry addition. Our sweet little Jimmie is a Mini Cavapoo, and from the moment we picked him up he was full of kisses, tail wags, cuddles and spunk. He is everything we hoped for and more!

I got my Rosie from Serendipity Acres (Sue) just after Christmas 2020. It has single-handedly been the best decision of my life. Rosie has quickly become my best friend and the sweetest companion I could ask for. She is so smart and so easy to train. She is caring and always eager to meet and play with new people and dogs. Rosie is energetic, but also loves to cuddle and give kisses. I can tell that Sue truly cares about her puppies, and raised a puppy who seamlessly transitioned into my home. We are a retired military family. My husband, a 27-year veteran, suffers from PTSD. Thanks to Sue, we have our little Blenheim Cavalier King Charles spaniel who keeps us smiling and reduces anxiety in our home. We’ve gotten 2 dogs from Sue; Frankie a Cavalier Spaniel cross and Cricket a cavapoo. Both are sweet natured, smart and friendly dogs who love meeting people, going on walks, swimming and cuddling. While our family doesn’t suffer from allergies, the cavapoo doesn’t appear to shed which may help some allergy sufferers. Sue was great to work: gave us updates/pictures of our puppy until she was ready to come home with us, a puppy package (includes a blanket that smells like mom, coupons for food, etc.) along with good advice.

Sue is a very dedicated breeder with 25 years of experience behind her. Her expertise gives us that reassurance we need in getting a healthy puppy. Our experience was flawless. She had a lengthy conversation with us before we met our puppy.
On January 9th, we met her and welcomed Brio in our life. We signed papers of agreement, and we took him home. I never expected to giggle all the way home but I did. I had in my arms a confident puppy who just was full of love. He kissed and licked my hands all the way home. He never cried , never had any separation anxiety so I later wrote to Sue thanking her for raising such a confident puppy. From day one, Brio was amazing. The first day , at 9 weeks, we introduced him to our house, he played. He was a happy little dog and I just sat on the floor to be at his height. We played fetch and he totally surprised me as he knew how to do it. First night I stayed awake to listen if he was crying. He never did. To this day at 6 months of age, only twice has he wakened me up to do his business. Totally my fault, as he needed to do one more pee before bed but that was in the first month here so we have everything routined now.
I have asked questions to Sue and always got responses quickly. Her support means a lot to new puppy owners. I had other dogs before but as time passes, it’s like we all need to re learn a lot on the steps of growth just like raising a child. I raised 3 and over the years, things change. I have grandchildren now and everything from day one, is different. So I felt very much at ease asking Sue or just having a conversation with her to reporting on how Brio was. I keep praising her knowledge of the breed and how intelligent this little dog is. In the first week, he learned 9 commands. He aims to please but also has a feisty smart personality. Strong but yet sensitive. He will do his zoomies when he knows he has too much energy left before bedtime..lol..yes he keeps us laughing. He has learned how to hit the door stopper when he wants to go out..and yes we hear it often now..lol so funny but yet, so smart..I taught him how to drop what he picks up while walking, he drops and gets a kibble..but you got it, he picks up on purpose too so he can get a kibble. Very smart!
We are very pleased with this healthy puppy. We have had him in a nice little pen in our kitchen from day one. It’s where the action is all day long but we are a retired couple so many quiet times too. He has never slept in the bedroom for a night. We close the kitchen light, the other lights and he waits for my presence in the morning. He never calls out. I owe this character to the breed but more so to the breeder. When a breeder like Sue does not imprint herself too much on puppies, we get very confident puppies, not shy. He is very social but sadly these are crazy times we are in. The distancing is just horrible because it happened at a time he could finally go out to walk..his vaccines had just ended when this virus took over our world. He met some people but never other pets. He sees them when we walk but we have no contact. It is a sad time but we would be so lost if we had not gotten him back in January when all was ok...so we thought. We had a previous dog named Elmo who had passed last July, at age 11 1/2. It was very heartbreaking but by January we knew we were ready and thank to
Sue, she made it possible for us to be owners of Brio.
She does a marvellous job and it is not easy to raise puppies so her patience shows by what her achievements are, it’s nothing short of greatness!
